Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed cardiac amyloidosis confirmed diagnostic criteria and tissue or bone marrow biopsy showing amyloid deposit. 2. Echocardiography findings concomitant with cardiac amyloidosis and diagnosed by at least two experienced cardiologists. 3. Hypertensive heart disease patients with LVH(LVMI>115g/m2in male or > 95 g/m2 in female with RWT > 0.42) and age matched to patients in cardiac amyloidosis group. 4. HCM patients with LVH(LVMI>115g/m2 in male or>95g/m2in female with RWT > 0.42) 5. Constrictive pericarditis patients with echocardiographic finding concomitant with Mayo Clinic echocardiographic criteria and diagnosed by at least two experienced cardiologists. 6. Healthy subjects without heart disease with age matched with patients in cardiac amyloidosis group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate quality or unavailable echocardiographic study 2 . Patients with atrial fibrillation
