Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic kidney disease patietns with GFR ≤ 3o ml / min 2. secondary hyperparathyroidism 3. age > 18 years 4. received cinacalcet treatment for at least 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver function tests > 2 × the upper limit of normal 2. received drugs which may significantly influent exposure to cincacalcet including: ketoconazole, erythromycin, itraconazole, clarithromycin, voriconazole, atazanavir, indinavir, or ritonavir) 3. patients who had incomplete medical records
