The telehealth program applied Transitional care model as the conceptual framework for this study. This program consisted of informational and psychological support. By giving information,
encouraging patient,
counseling and preparing to acknowledge about disease information and continuous follow-
up treatment (Naylor et al.,
2017). Telehealth program consisted of monitoring the women who received breast biopsy by application line and a handbook for patients received breast biopsy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who received breast biopsy for the first time and a period of waiting to breast biopsy no more than 4 weeks with good consciousness, able to recognize, understand and communicate Thai language. And have a smartphone and can use it.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who has been diagnosed mental disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression or abnormal cognitive processes. The patient diagnosed with cancer in other systems and undergoing treatment.
