Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. age 18 to 85 years B. participant with partly asthma based on the Global Initiative for Asthma guidelines 2018. (1-2 of these; in the past 4 weeks, has the patient had : (1) Daytime asthma symptoms more than twice/week (2) any night waking duet to asthma (3) reliever needed for symptoms more than twice/week and (4) any activity limitation due to asthma)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. participant with well controlled asthma B. participant with uncontrolled asthma C. resting FEV1 less than 1 litre D. diagnosed immunocompromised host, psychiatric problem, cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, or autoimmune disease E. regular use of oral corticosteroids, high-dose multivitamin supplements, or probiotic supplements within 3 months before screening F. pregnancy or breast feeding G. being a vegetarian H. current smoking in 3 months
