Female
Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages equal or more than 18 years old Nulliparous Gestational age equal or more than 37 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anomaly fetus Estimate fetal weight more than 4500 gm. Non-cephalic presentation Abnormal fetal heart rate tracing which need emergency delivery Cervical dilate more than 8 cm. at the time of admission. Pregnant women who meet the indications to cesarean section or have the contraindications to pushing such as cardiac disease or severe pregnancy induced hypertension. Pregnant women who got an epidural anesthesia. Patients who deny for participation in this trial.
