Betaglucan,
a polysaccharides which is found in yeast mushroom fungi seaweed and grains. The cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisia yeast consists of polysaccharides 30-
60 %,
protein 15-
30 %,
fat 5-
20 % and kitins etc. There are 2 important betaglucans in yeasts namely (β-
(1,
3) glucan) and (β-
6) glucan) which are in focus of this study and will be clinically tested. They exert the action of tyrosinase inhibition,
antioxidant effect and moisturizing effect. The cream comprises of The vehicle contains caprylic capric triglyceride 3%,
dimethicone 2%,
glycerin 25%,
acacia sengal gum and xanthan gum 0.5%,
xylitylgolucoside and anhydroxylitol and xylitol 0.5%,
phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin 0.5%,
betaglucan 5%,
aqua/water 86%.,The vehicle contains caprylic capric triglyceride 3%,
