a polysaccharides which is found in yeast mushroom fungi seaweed and grains. The cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisia yeast consists of polysaccharides 30&#45

20 % and kitins etc. There are 2 important betaglucans in yeasts namely (β&#45

3) glucan) and (β&#45
6) glucan) which are in focus of this study and will be clinically tested. They exert the action of tyrosinase inhibition&#44
antioxidant effect and moisturizing effect. The cream comprises of The vehicle contains caprylic capric triglyceride 3%&#44
dimethicone 2%&#44
glycerin 25%&#44
acacia sengal gum and xanthan gum 0.5%&#44
xylitylgolucoside and anhydroxylitol and xylitol 0.5%&#44
phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin 0.5%&#44
betaglucan 5%&#44
aqua/water 86%.,The vehicle contains caprylic capric triglyceride 3%&#44
