Interventions

All infants of diabetic mother will be enrolled. Echocardiography will be done in first 72 hours of life to determine cardiac anomaly. Blood work will be monitored including hypoglycemia&#44
polycythemia. Clinical manifestation observation for urine output&#44
respiratory problem&#44
or abnormal symptoms will be assessed. Site and length of hospital stay will be record.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: infants of diabetic mothers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital infection no parental permission
