Intervention is the fluid management protocol using stroke volume variation obtained from Flotrac sensor,
Edward life sciences. For Intervention group,
the fluid management are followed by the protocol created for this study. ,For control group,
The decision about fluid and hemodynamic management were left at the discretion of the attending anesthesiologist.

60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years 2. Scheduled for elective craniotomy 3. ASA 2-3 4. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. permanent cardiac arrhythmia 2. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS 3. BMI > 35 kg/m2 4. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
