Interventions

Intervention is the fluid management protocol using stroke volume variation obtained from Flotrac sensor&#44
Edward life sciences. For Intervention group&#44
the fluid management are followed by the protocol created for this study. ,For control group&#44
The decision about fluid and hemodynamic management were left at the discretion of the attending anesthesiologist.

Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years 2. Scheduled for elective craniotomy 3. ASA 2-3 4. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. permanent cardiac arrhythmia 2. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS 3. BMI > 35 kg/m2 4. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
