Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No underlying disease Age 18-45 years old Infertile group : Infertile more than 12 month Fertile group: Ever had a live child, Regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tubal and male factor : infertile group Last live birth < 1 year : fertile group History of PID Recent BV or STDs On Antibiotic drug within 1 months On immunosuppressive drug Vaginal douching SI within 7 days
