Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age ≥ 18 years old, and were diagnosed as blepharospasm by a neuroophthalmologist or neurologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior botulinum toxin injection less than 3 months, allergy to botulinum toxin
