Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: acne vulgaris patients with closed comedone, open comedone and inflammatory lesions who is receiving acne extraction treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of using facial antiseptic products 2. History of hypertrophic scars or keloids 3. Concurrent bacterial, viral or fungal infection on face
