40 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Diagnosed for diabetes mellitus (type 2) at least 1 year -Treatment by oral medicine -Evidence of peripheral neuropathy, identified by monofilament test (ADA criteria) -can walk independently -good communication -good cognitive function (MMSE >23)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -any neurological problems -any musculoskeletal problems that may affect standing balance -visual problems that cannot be correct by lenses -vestibular disorder

Primary

postural sway before, after 4 weeks training and follow-up 1 week and 2 week lord's sway meter

walking speed (m/s) before, after 4 weeks training and follow-up 1 week and 2 week 10 meter walk test
