Inclusion criteria: Overt DM GDMA2 Delivery at Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital singleton pregnancy GA more than 34 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomalies other medications eq SLE data is not complete
