Interventions

Patients will receive combined oral contraceptive pills containing 0.15 mg desogestrel and 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol per pill under Mercilon 28 trademark. Patients have to take this product 1 pill a d
up appointment for 2 weeks,Patients will be appointed the follow&#45
up 2 weeks after the oocyte retrieval without taking combine oral contraceptive pills (normal procedure)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients at Infertility Unit who have indications for in vitro fertilization. 2. IVF using embryo cryopreservation according to the opinion of the obstetrician or have indications such as - Have more than 20 oocytes. - Endometrium has an inappropriate condition for embryo transfer. - Genetic diagnosis is needed before embryo transfer 3. Women aged 18-45 years. 4. Those who volunteered to participate in research projects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of combined oral contraceptive pills include: a. Women with history of abnormalities in the circulatory system especially the abnormalities related to thrombosis, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, coronary heart disease or at other parts of the body. b. Women with history of stroke. c. Symptoms that are suspected to be myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular disease. d. Migraine with symptoms such as vision disorders, aphasia and motor weakness. e. Diabetes with vascular complications. f. Pancreatitis related to high blood cholesterol. g. Jaundice or severe liver disease h. Cancer that may be stimulated by sex hormones such as breast cancer or genital organ cancer. i. Liver tumor both mild and severe types. j. Undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding k. Allergic to ethinyl estradiol or desogestrel l. Smoker over the age of 35. 2. Ovarian cysts occur before the IVF process.
