4 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Children aged 4-8 years who has cavitated primary molars with the following characteristics: a) The occluso-proximal lesion allows access by the operator using hand instruments (ICDAS 5 or 6) according to the ART guidelines. b) No sign and symptoms of pulpal involvement. (fistula, abscess, pulp exposure, or history of spontaneous dental pain and pathological mobility) c) No signs of tooth developmental defects or enamel defects such as hypomineralization, hypocalcification, hypoplasia B. Children whose parents or guardians filled in and signed the informed consent forms for their child to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Children with known sensitivities to silver or other heavy-metal ions, presence of any gingival or perioral ulceration or stomatitis. B. Children with special health care needs.
