Supplement potassium tablet to keep serum potassium level 4.0&#45
5.0 mEq/L following protocol:Protocol potassium supplement 1. Initial phase 1.1 If K 5.5 mEq/L Rx: STOP Enpott&#44
Kalimate 30 gm oral&#44
and follow up next 2 weeks. *** If Hyperkalemia with EKG abnormality related to hyperkalemia&#44
patients were admitted and treated aggressively to decrease serum potassium. And If this situation occurs more than 1 time&#44
the patients would be asked for excluding from study.,Supplement potassium intermittent or continuous to correct hypokalemia but the goal is keep serum potassium above 3.5 mEq/L and may either intermi

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End-stage kidney disease on peritoneal dialysis 2. Age 18-80 years. 3. Perform peritoneal dialysis more than 3 months. 4. Serum potassium less than 3.5 mEq/L from previous 6 months (Spotted serum potassium less than 3.5 mEq/L at least 3 visits or time-average serum potassium < 3.5 mEq/L)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent peritonitis within 3 months 2. Hybrid with hemodialysis 3. Gastrointestinal tract disease that cannot absorbed potassium supplement. 4. Liver cirrhosis CPS > C 5. Chronic infection/Malignancy/HIV/Pregnancy
