Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The CSU patients, who were diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria and initially treated with the standard dose of second-generation H1 -antihistamine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who had underlying diseases related to urticaria or angioedema such as maculopapular cutaneous mastocytosis, urticarial vasculitis, bradykinin-mediated angioedema or cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome, and patients on immunosuppressive drugs
