Perform balloon-blowing exercise for 2 times/round, 3 rounds/set, 3 sets/day, 3 days/week for 6 weeks,Perform blowing a paper for 6 times/set, 3 sets/day, 3 days/week for 6 weeks,No treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults Exercise less than 3 times per week BMI 18.5-22.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking Cardiorespiratory diseases Recently operation Pregnancy Allergic to latex
