Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cerebral Palsy with GMFCS Level IV-V Patient Age 2-12 Years Consent Signed by Primary Caregiver Caregiver is Able to Provide Home Program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute Fever(Core BT>39c) at the time of training Underlying disease eg. Heart Disease, Specific Musculoskeletal Disease,(Ex-Osteogenesis Imperfecta) Received Vojta Therapy or Conventional Physiotherapy within 3 Months Before the Study Plan to Adjust Dosage of Anti-Spastic Drug during Study Botulinum Toxin Injection in Lower Extremities within 6 Months Before the Study History of Surgery of Lower Extremities within 12 Months Before the Study History of Seizure
