Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 3 months of Partial supraspinatus tears confirmed with MRI shoulder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -shoulder arthritis -nerve-related shoulder problems -shoulder malignancy -coagulopathy -diabetes -immunocompromised patients
