18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 18 years old Stroke with hemiparesis Good consciousness Constant normal vital sign Nerve system has been in good condition at least 48 hours Can sit continuously at least 30 minutes Have not participated in any research that related to upper extremity Subject commits to paticipate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have complex regional pain syndrome rotator cuff tendinitis Upper extremity have pain condition spastic Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) > 2 Severe aphasia Mild to severe depression
