Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old. 2. Unresectable or recurrent cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis by pathology or radiographic. 3. Obstrucvtive jaundice (Total bilirubin > 3 mg/dl.) 4. Aviable for ERCP and Percutaneous procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Massive ascites. 2. Uncorrectable coagulopathy. 3. Presence of main portal vein thrombosis. 4. Prior SEMS placement. 5. Child-Pugh Score C cirrhosis. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Performance status ECOG ≥ 3 (confined to bed / chair > 50% waking hours). 8. Presence of other malignancy. 9. Life expectancy 1.5)
