Group 1 was received a continuous intravenous low dose of ketamine( 0.25mg/kg/hr),Group 2 was received a intermittent intramuscular low dose of ketamine ( 1mg/kg every 1 hour)

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria • Age between18-65 years old • ASA physical status 1-3 • Operation time more than 1 hours • Patients able to use PCA device for postoperative pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria • Documented of contraindication for ketamine used • history of drug allergy to morphine, fentanyl, ketamine. • Suspected to remain intubation for postoperative period. • Severe co-morbidity cardiovascular disease. • Renal insufficiency • History of drug addicted or psychological problem. • underlying hematotological disease due to contraindication for intramuscular injection
