Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult aged 20-75 years indicated for unilateral total hip arthroplasty ASA class I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Severe hip deformities or required extensive soft tissue release: - Hip deformities > 30oin any planes - Limb shortening correction > 3 centimeters o Contraindicated to spinal anesthesia or failed to complete spinal anesthesia o Renal function impairment; GFR <50 mL/min o High risk for cardiovascular thrombotic event; eg, history of myocardial infarction, thrombotic stroke o History of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal(GI) bleeding o History of long-term (>1 month) use of daily opioid medication with an oral morphine equivalent (OME) of >5 mg/day o History of short-term (<1 month) use of daily opioid medication (average OME of >30 mg/day) o History of allergy of bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine o Unable to provide consent, pain information and cognitive impairment o Intraoperative fractures of both femur and acetabulum
