Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who are above 18years of age, 2) diagnosed with chronic renal disease stage 3 and 4 3) patients with a distal forearm cephalic vein diameter of less than 2.5milimetres over their non-dominant hand.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have CKD stage 5, history of prior vascular access surgery, physical or mental disability limiting ability to perform exercises, positive Allen’s test, absent or thrombosed distal forearm cephalic vein patients who are already undergoing regular exercise, including manual workers
