Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Idiopathic trigger finger patients 18-90 years old, scheduled for surgery at Siriraj hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Redo surgery 2. Inflammatory joint disease 3. Signs of OA change of PIP joint of involved finger that detected on plain radiography 4. Congenital trigger finger 5. Deformity or contracture of finger, which don't caused by trigger finger 6. History of fracture or tendon injury 7. Surgical wound infection
