65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged ≥ 65 years old, scored high Barthel index (activitis of daily living, ADL ≥ 17/20)27, scored high Oxford knee score (≥ 40/48), not underlying diabetes mellitus and hypertension, retaining a functional dentition (≥ 20 teeth), normal eye health, no depression, no dementia, no incontinence, no sleeping problems, able to write and speak Thai, and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: impaired cognitive or physical functions and received other exercise program within previous 6 months.
