Interventions

Patient in this group will received 20 mg of nefopam in 100 mL of normal saline intravenous drip during the operation and 80 mg of nefopam in 500 mL of normal saline intravenous drip in 24 hours post&
operation.,Patient in this group will received normal saline intravenous drip during the operation and 500 mL of normal saline intravenous drip in 24 hours post&#45
operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who undergo lumbar/sacral spine surgery ASA physical status 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of drug allergy (which is used in this study) History of epilepsy, coronary heart disease, glaucoma current use of MAO inhibitors drug liver cirrhosis or end stage renal failure tumor of infection around the surgical site history of spine surgery in previous 12 months
