Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient above 50 years of age 2. Patient who agrees to participate in the study and who have signed the informed consent. 3. Patients with nocturia of 2 or more episodes per night, with nocturnal polyuria (rate of nocturnal urine production >90mls/hr). 4. Male patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient under the age of 50years. 2. Patients with symptoms suggestive of overactive bladder (OAB) 3. Lower urinary tract malignancy/ calculi 4. Lower urinary tract infection 5. Pre-existing neurological problem such as Parkinson's, Multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke. 6. Patients with urinary incontinence/ indwelling catheter 7. Patients with diabetes insipidus 8. Patient who has sleep disorder symptoms 9. Patient receiving prior BPH medical/ surgical therapy. 10. Patient with psychiatric illness.
