Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to medical intensive care unit 2. Had acute kidney injury as defined by 2.1 Increase in SCr by >= 0.3 mg/dl within 48 hours; or 2.2 Increase in SCr to >= 1.5 times baseline, which is known or presumed to have occurred within the prior 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. End stage renal disease who currently treated by hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis 2. Patient who plan palliative care 3. Pregnancy 4. Kidney transplant recipient 5. Advanced stage of malignancy 6. Incomplete data
