Healthy Thai male and female subjects

Interventions

31 Thai healthy subjects including 27 females and 4 males whose age range 23&#45
57 years old. The patches were removed after 24 hours contact with the skin. Treatment site was assessed for the presence of any irritation by the dermatologist using the grading visual scale&#44
dryness&#44
and fissures&#44
at 0.5 and 1 hour after application and 24 hours after patch removal.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy female and male volunteers of all skin types with an age range 20-60 years old 2. Free of wound, scar or any skin disease on the test area 3. Willing to participate in the study after being informed on objective, methodology, possible risk and result, and be able to follow the study protocol 4. Be able to read, write and communicate in Thai 5. Willing to sign the consent of volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hypersensitive skin 2. History of eczema or psoriasis within 6 months before the study 3. History of medical treatment with steroids, antibiotic, NSAIDs, anti-histamine within 3 days before the study 4. History of using topical medicine on the test area within 3 weeks before the study 5. Having any disease on the test area that required regularly use of any topical medication 6. History of major operation within 1 year 7. History of skin cancer within 1 year 8. Pregnancy or lactation 9. Heavy smoker or regular drinking 10. History of addiction to any narcotic substances
