20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -The patients undergoing kidney and ureter surgery who will be in lateral decubitus position. -Age between 20-70 years old -The patients who are fully-conscious and can communicate well in Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -The patients who have chronic back and shoulder pain. -The patients who have ulcer or wound at the head neck shoulder area. -The patients who refuse toparticipate into the study.

skin complication within 1 hour after the surgery calculate the area of skin complication using ImageJ programm
