Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 - 65 years old 2. Patients who had typical symptoms and signs of CTS, such as numbness/tingling in at least two of the first, second, or third digits, positive Tinel's sign or Phalen's test 3. Confirmed diagnosis of mild or moderate CTS with electrophysiological study 4. Subject willing to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Electrodiagnosis studies reveal normal study or severe CTS 2. History of cervical radiculopathy 3. History of others peripheral neuropathy 4. Electrodiagnosis studies reveal anomalous innervation 5. History of wrist or hand fractures. 6. Previous carpal tunnel release surgery
