Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 18 yrs 2.Diagnosis AKI by definition of KDIGO 2012

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.End stage renal disease 2.Require renal replacement therapy before this admission 3.Glomerulonephritis
