Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (age more than 18 years) 2. Admitted in the medical intensive care unit within 24 hours 3. Having a tracheal tube and expect to on mechanical ventilation at least 48 hours 4. No contraindication for Moraceae or chlorhexidine mouthwash
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Sensitivity of anaphylaxis to herbal preparation and chlorhexidine
