Interventions

The cognitive training group will participate in 24 60 min training sessions focusing on board games for 8&#45
12 weeks,Combined cognitive training and exercise group will participate in 24 60 min training sessions focusing on board games and aerobic exercise for 8&#45
12 weeks,The exercise group will participate in 24 60 min training sessions focusing on aerobic exercise for 8&#45
12 weeks,Control group will have a health education class every two weeks.

65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=65 years old 2. A score of the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) = 0 3. Pre-frail or frail older adult based on Fried frailty criteria 4. Be able to walk 10 meters without a walking aid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as dementia 2. Diagnosed as severe depression 3. Have a history of any disease that restricts participants from attending this experiment
