Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients with ashy dermatosis(AD) or lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) as definite or differential diagnosis from the past 10 years • Available photographs that are consistent with AD or LPP • Available biopsy specimen from hyperpigmented lesion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any medications that can cause lichenoid drug eruption History suggesting pigmented contact dermatitis History of preceding erythematous lesions, suggesting PIH Histopathology suggesting other pathology e.g. dermal melanocytosis, amyloidosis etc.
