Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1.1 Older women aged 60-79 years who have been living in Kaengkhro District, Chaiyaphum Province 1.1.2 Completing the Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT) with the time longer than 13.5 seconds (Jalayondeja, 2014) 1.1.3 Body mass index 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 1.1.3 Independent ambulation without gait aid 1.1.4 Able to verbally communicate 1.1.5 Willing to participate and cooperate with the study procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.2.1 Having a history of diagnosed neurological diseases, e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s disease, cerebellar disease 1.2.2 Having one or more arthroplasties and surgery within the past 6 months 1.2.3 Having significant health conditions that preclude the participant’s undertaking the exercise, e.g. uncontrolled cardiovascular disorders, severe hypertension, heart disease, pulmonary disease, dizziness, osteoporosis, serious injury within 6 months, severe arthritis, night pain 1.2.4 Currently participating in other exercise programs or organized activities, e.g. running, brisk walking for exercise, dancing, for more than one hour a week
