Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients > 18 years old 2. Patient was diagnosed acute heart failure syndrome and admitted to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital 3. Able to obtain consent within 24 hour after admission or within the next calendar date after admission. 3. Sign and symptoms indicated congestive heart failure following by Framingham criteria 4. Patients was informed and signed inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosis with liver cirrhosis or nephrotic syndrome 2. Patients were participant in other research
