Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Live in Khon Kaen, Thailand -Aged between 25-55years old - All volunteers should not use other nutraceutical compounds or herbs or drugs which influenced on the nervous system function and bone at least 3 months before participating in this study -On the day of the study, all volunteers felt well and refrain from drinking tea or coffee, or alcohol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cardiovascular disease 2. Respiratory system disease 3. Psychiatric disease 4. Head injury 5. Gout with blood uric acid level of 9 mg/dl or more, 6. Diabetes with fasting blood sugar level of more than 126 (mg/dl) 7. Liver disease with liver function values above normal 8. No history of cancer 9. No history of immune system disease 10. Hysterectomy and/or ovary surgery 11. Blood system disease 12. Taking hormone supplements or supplements that affect the Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal axis 13. Need to use supplements or any medications that affect the nervous system as ordered by the treating physician During the program 14. Regularly addicted to alcohol or alcoholic beverages 15. Addicted to cigarettes (smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day) 16. Being an athlete who exercises more than 3 times/week 17. Currently participating in other programs 18. Currently pregnant
