put the nasal irrigation device in the microwave. Setting microwave power at medium to high (600&#45
800 watt) within 2 minute

3 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute rhinosinusitis children, aged 3–15 years from a OPD or pediatric allergy clinic, Thammasat Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of penicillin allergy 2. Complicated rhinosinusitis 3. Dysmorphic of nasal or paranasal sinus anatomy 4. Immunodeficiency or immotile cilia
