MALA fast track dialysis protocol was developed aim to rapid dialysis to correct metabolic acidosis including &#45
criteria for suspected MALA &#45
criteria for dialysis and consult nephrologist &#45
standing order at the emergency room &#45
standing order for dialysis,standard care of MALA in Burirum Hospital and in Maharat Nakornratchasima Hospital before implementing the MALA fast track dialysis protocol.
