Interventions

In the UCM group&#44
after each infants is delivered and placed on the mother&#39
s thigh&#44
the umbilical cord will be milk for 4 times&#44
suction and stimulating. In infants who appear non&#45
the cord wii be clamped and cut at any time.,In the ICC group&#44
the umbilical cord will be clamped and cut immediately.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant woman with twin gestations who deliver preterm infants at gestational age of 28-36+6 weeks gestation by cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prenatally diagnosed major congenital anomaly in any infants, twin to twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), twin anemic polycythemic sequence (TAPS), discordant twin (weight differance more than 20%), hydrops fetalis, antepartum or intrapartum hemorrhage sush as placetal abruption or uterine rupture.
