Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (≥18 year-old) Newly diagnosed, treatment-naïve, pathologically confirmed advanced stage NSCLC Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior systemic therapies, including cytotoxic chemotherapy, small molecule targeted therapy, immunotherapy History of another malignancy within 5 years before enrollment Receipt of corticosteroids or any immunosuppressive agents
