Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SJS/TEN group Chronic SJS/TEN patients who are able to come for check-up at the out-patient department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital Healthy group Subjects without chronic ocular allergy, inflammation or any other ocular surface diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with these conditions who: o received topical antibiotics within the past 4 weeks. o had acute ocular or periocular infection within the past 4 weeks. o underwent ocular or periocular surgery within the past 3 months. o are using contact lens, or had punctal plug performed previously.
