18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: present with bilateral identical lower molar impaction according to Pell-Gregory classification (Pell & Gregory, 1933) healthy patients who categorized in ASA I & ASA II (American Society for Anesthesiologists) free from any systemic or local infection and have not taken anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, or antibiotics within 2 weeks before the operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy lactating women allergy or has an adverse effect from drugs that will be used in this study patients who are unable to provide informed consent
