Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy volunteer, Body weight over 50 kg 2 No smoking No alcoholic Abuse 3 No non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug NSAIDs at least 7 days before the venous puncture 4 Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pt with Chronic disease 2 Anemia DM
