Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient who had appointment to upper GI endoscopy in Thammasat University hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. muscular disorder or disease 2. previous esophageal surgery 3. previous oral cavity surgery 4. pregnancy 5. psychiatric disorders 6. allergy to lidocaine
