Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who come to endoscopic examination at Thammasat University hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous gastrointestinal surgery 2. CA esophagus 3. CA stomach 4. Upper GI bleeding 5. history of corrosive ingestion 6. pregnancy 7. allergy to lidocaine 8. allergy to simethicone, N-acetyl cysteine, peppermint, sodium bicarbonate 9. emergency endoscopy
