Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for mothers: Iranian nationality being literate for reading and writing primiparous women with gestational age of 20 weeks singleton pregnancy and low risk pregnancy Women aged 35-18 No history of infertility Participate in childbirth preparation classes Not having a history of any physical, psychological and addiction to cigarettes, alcohol and psychotropic substances according to one's own opinion Inclusion Criteria for fathers: First experience of fatherhood At least 18 years old Iranian nationality being literate for reading and writing Having a common home and living with a spouse Having a mobile phone or a computer with the ability to install the telegram program until the end of the study Failure to disrupt the incident three months before the intervention Not having a history of any physical, psychological and addiction to cigarettes, alcohol and psychotropic substances according to one's own opinion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not attending more than two sessions in childbirth preparation classes for women Do not give feedback on messages sent by the researcher for at least one week during the study The occurrence of any risk symptoms during pregnancy can lead to a person at high risk Preterm delivery
